Cancellations greater that 30 days in advance of stay will be charged 30% of the cost of the total stay. Cancellations within 30 days of stay will be charged 100% of the cost of the total stay.

No smoking.

No pets allowed.

Quiet hours: 22:00 – 08:00

We expect our guest to look after our apartment and respect our neighbors. Parties are not permitted. Smoking is not permitted in the building. Pets are not permitted.

For booking made more than 30 days in advance a 30% deposit is due at time of booking with the remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.

Booking made within 30 days of arrival 100% of the cost will be due at time of booking.

The lead booker is responsible for everyone staying in the apartment and any damages occurring. Security deposit of £150 is required prior to checkin. This is normally taken within 7 days in advance of check in. Security deposit will be refunded after checkout unless it has been forfeited.

Security deposit will be forfeited if the apartment is not left in a manner deemed acceptable by the owner, to cover any damages or failure of the person(s) using the apartment to follow the rules. In these cases damages to the apartment owner(s) will seek to recover are not limited to the security deposit but to the losses of the apartment owner(s).
